We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our growing, dynamic marketing and sales team. This is an opportunity to get into a leading company in an exploding market with tremendous potential.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying marketing leads and prospecting into Strategic and Enterprise target accounts.
Working closely with your Account Executives, you will call into companies to identify individuals who are candidates for our solution, introduce them to Veracode's products and set follow up meetings or web based demonstrations for you and your counterparts.
This role requires a motivated self-starter capable of making things happen and delivering results.
This is an inbound/outbound lead qualification position - you must be comfortable on the phone cold calling and motivated to contact prospects via multiple methods in order to achieve your targets.
The Business Development Representative hired needs to be hands-on, results-oriented, metrics driven and pragmatic.
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Fluent Norwegian / Danish / Swedish / Finnish is a must ( at least one of )
- Highly Interested /passionate about taking sales career path
- Intellectually curious – consistently seeking knowledge
- Articulate and strong communication skills
- Ability to show strategic/research-based thinking
- Self-disciplined and Resilient with a strong work ethic
- Professionally competitive and ambitious
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and an outgoing, energetic presence
- Experience with Salesforce.com or CRM is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence without authority
- Ability to adapt, contribute, and succeed in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
