Job Description:

  • Management of Lease Administration Data – set up and maintain vendor, customer, cost center, property, land, building, space, contracts, Index, sales reports, user access, contact person, business partner and future business driven data requirements both in GSAP and TRIRIGA
  • Challenge data requests which are inconsistent & non-compliant with Global Data Quality Standards, Controls and procedures and resolve issues within agreed timeline to prevent delays and unnecessary costs or rework.
  • Respond to enquiries related to master data and related functionality. Inform of any errors to the business partner(s), proactively following up until issue resolution is achieved.
  • Trouble shoot issues with Global Billing team, AP, AR or business contact when payment process failed due to data input.
  • Reporting requirements are met including First Time Right, Data Quality, timely loading of IFRS16 in-scope leases including variance reconciliation, EV lease assurance and Space data management. Also ensure data output will not unfavorably impact other connected processes.
  • Identify variances of contract value between Tririga and GSAP and work closely with business contact and Reporting and Analysis Team to resolve root cause and close action items.
  • Drive discussion and proactively collaborate with different stakeholders in the end-to-end processes to help resolve data issues and process gaps.
  • Take ownership in creating or updating Work Instructions and other process documentations timely as the need arise, provide process walkthrough and training to new joiners both in operations and as requested by the business and cross-functional requirements.
  • Operate controls effectively.
  • Lead or support improvement initiatives and continuously look for opportunities to improve the process.
  • Communicate if there is a need to prioritize requests, urgent requirement, escalations and any other issues that the team members and manager needs to be aware of to ensure these are handled timely and accurately.
  • Able to speak up and share concerns that may affect safety, D&I and mental health.


  • Process is more complex compared to other Mobility sub-processes as it involves some basic accounting principles.
  • Virtually work with most of the stakeholders who are located in different parts of the world and cross functional collaboration. Work shift requirement will be 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila time
  • Use of different systems and tools like GSAP, VS&A, CS&A, Tririga and Powerplan.
