Where You Fit In?
The Software Engineer will work in a team of global HRIT organizations. You will be a part of the Workday Competency Center which drives Project/Program/Change Request for HRIT Organization.
What is the Role?
As the Software Engineer for Workday Time and the Project team, you will be Implementing WD functionality that is an integral part of Time & Absence Journeys. You will be deeply involved in end-to-end system features implementation, from design, configuration, testing and defects resolution to post-deployment maintenance and troubleshooting. Also, you will be required to understand both the technical and business side of Time & Absence processes, to deliver greater business impact and improved employee experience in a more affordable way.
What We Need from You
Bachelor's Graduate with at least five (5) years of related working experience
Good knowledge of Time & Absence processes
Well-developed communication skills
Skill in investigating and fixing complex issues across organizational boundaries
Proven ability to define business needs and translate them into system and/or process requirements
Knowledge of HR systems & applications (e.g. Workday, Salesforce, etc.) and understanding of IT organization and ways of working will be an asset. Previous role and background in Workday process administration is an advantage
