Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities (% indicates percentage of operations)
・Considering the management/improvement of logistics management/performance KPI (20%)
⇒ Adjustment with logistics companies and other related parties and management of performance-related KPI in order to resolve daily logistics companies' issues
・Deposit base management (including secondary bases) (20%)
⇒ Supervisor of the Depository Kichi Officer
・GSAP control (10%)
⇒ Adjustment with GSAP system when problems arise
・SROS employee business administration (20%)
⇒ Daily work progress and error data correction check
・Responding to Complaints from Customers (10%)
⇒ Contact distribution companies and other related parties to investigate and improve complaints and take measures to prevent recurrence.
・Expense budget management (10%)
⇒ Budget management of logistics costs
・Implementation of internal and external application procedures (10%)
⇒ Create of internal ringi forms and procedures, and documents based on requests from external customers
Skills and Qualifications
・Basic knowledge of lubricating oil products
・Basic logistics-related knowledge
・General Bookkeeping (Calculation) Knowledge (Excel Basic Operation, Analytical Ability, Flow of Billing, Acceptable with Understanding of Costs)
・English conversation ability (TOEIC800) to communicate with overseas-related parties
・People with negotiating skills and efficient communication skills that link sales and consignment partners
・Those who are willing to improve their complaints and implement measures to prevent recurrence, and who are creative and ingenious in dealing with them
