Job Description:

Job Purpose:

• Primary purpose of the job is to demonstrate ownership in processing requests and or queries (including complex issues) related to interfacing with the ERP systems, in compliance with Process framework
• Oversee the assigned automated, semi-automated & manual data maintenance processes in accordance with existing controls and manage exceptions that the automated process is unable to handle
• Demonstrate process/technical expertise with ability to resolve manual & automation issues and initiate process improvements.
• Timely and accurate maintenance of files and other similar trackers/logs and perform the resolution of any queries there on.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Work with Process Focal Point to ensure that any process exceptions can be systematically handled in the future by proactively identifying areas for improvement. Play active role as a member in improvement projects and sometimes lead improvement projects.
• Responsible to interpret and respond to queries related to the requests and ERP related process.
• Should maintain the records for the work completed like work log, etc. Lead and support other users and focal points in analysis and resolution of issues in these logs
• Comply with record archival policies

Job Specific Requirements:

• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Graduate in Finance & Accountancy – Mandatory
• Mandatory hands on experience in SAP Security
• More than 2 years experience in the areas of Finance and Accounts in a large organisation preferred
• Expertise in finance MRD and SAP
• Exposure to Process Improvements and Transformation projects is desirable
• Experience in Stakeholder management in a virtual world is desirable
• Proven skills in written and spoken English
• Good knowledge and experience in MS Office applications like MS Excel, MS Access, MS Powerpoint, and/or any other systems that support or interface with SAP
