IDT business provides end-to-end capability for digital technology innovation, supporting the business with clear and simple interfaces to deliver business value at speed. The role primarily involves acting as lead in developing and maintaining software applications that solve complex problems and drive our business forward. What’s the role

  • Solution consultation and development in accordance with enterprise technology principles, methods, standards, and practices

  • Estimation, solution design, detailed technical design, application technical deliverables including code, associated tests and documentation

  • Contribution to functional excellence in terms of definition and maintenance of standards, methods, and tools, bringing in best practices from market standard implementations

  • Manage complex integration scenarios and interfaces between on-premises solutions, cloud, and legacy systems

  • Take a participatory role in the project ceremonies, e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospective

  • Ensures individual and team tasks are performed on time by communicating and working closely with other members of the team. Retains a focus on completing, identifying, and resolving issues

What we need from you

  • 15+ years of software development experience with 10+ years’ hands-on experience in .NET Core, C# and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)

  • Bachelor’s graduation in Engineering and Computer Science or other related discipline is required

  • Good background as Technical Lead using .NET and C# programming languages along with project development experiences

  • Proficient in Cloud Native Deployment with CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)

  • Any certification in .NET or C# would be good to complement
