Accountabilities:
As Commercial Specialist you will be part of global team working on delivering supply chain solutions across Renewables businesses
Proactively identify & understand commercial/procurement needs from internal stakeholders and collaboratively propose competitive solutions
Work closely with internal stakeholders to diligently conduct tenders & drive/support negotiations with suppliers
Manage Post award contracts (including, but not limited to Contractor relationship and performance management, Contract administration and claims management)
Analyze internal business requirements, external market dynamics with the core focus on Renewables landscape.
Drive Requisition-to-Pay (RtP) operational excellence & continuous improvement to top quartile RtP performance
Provide commercial & RtP guidance to internal business stakeholders & other functional groups
Skills & Requirements:
Professional experience in procurement
Good understanding of key interfaces & interdependencies between procurement process, controls & systems & those of other departments
Continuous improvement and simplification mindset
Self-confidence & ability to engage & influence stakeholders
Professional CP qualification: CIPS / CPSM Certification (or similar) is an added advantage
Strong Proficiency in English
