About the Role
As an Omni Channel Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing marketing tactics across new and existing channels and platforms, ensuring a consistent and well-orchestrated customer experience across the entire buyer journey. With an omni mindset, the candidate will work cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders to influence omnichannel activation through translation of goals and objectives to marketing plans. The ideal candidate is a high impact self-starter with B2B experience across full funnel digital programs and omnichannel marketing orchestration.
In this role, you will:
Execute omni channel campaigns using targeted tactics along the buyer journey.
Support digital team by planning, executing, optimizing and conducting performance analysis across various omnichannel tactics and formats, primarily but not limited to search, display, video, and social media to create a branded experience across all touch points (mobile, email, sms, etc.).
Cultivate and maintain extensive cross-functional collaboration with Growth Marketing, Product, Content, Customer and Brand teams during campaign ideation process, execution and optimization while incorporating customer insights and feedback into plans.
Collaborate on asset development to support marketing campaigns from ad copy to website experience based on best practices and platform specifications.
Facilitate development of strategies and tactics to inform planning, testing and roadmapping across core tactics by partnering with internal and external teams to ensure a customer centric approach.
Help guide strategic and creative execution through briefs for digital channels and through close collaboration with integrated marketing leads on overarching campaign strategy to ensure channel creative and digital landing experience are developed with a customer-centric mindset and are seamlessly connected.
Monitor and track performance to goals, identify areas of opportunity, share insights globally and implement optimization tactics.
The skills you’ll bring include:
Understanding of marketing and sales funnel metrics having worked in a B2B sales oriented organization with focus on omnichannel marketing.
Familiarity with top digital platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
Hands-on experience implementing omnichannel strategies and tactics across the buyer journey related to demand generation, personalization, remarketing, segmentation and testing using various tools and platforms.
You have bias for action, not afraid to initiate change and can effectively manage multiple priorities while also comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
Learning mindset with willingness to embrace change, work through challenges, seek new opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
Process and data oriented. The role requires creation of new processes, data insights and strong ability to evangelize ideas and plans across teams.
Experience working across adtech & martech platforms including DSP and/or CRM
Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics 4
