Ensure the executive never goes into a meeting wondering what it is about or why they are there.

  • Make the executive’s work life easier, their reach larger, their impact greater, and their days shorter.

The skills you’ll bring include:

  • 8+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives in a fast paced, innovative, environment.

  • You stay one step ahead, understand shifting priorities, and are able to roll up your sleeves and accomplish any task. A self-starter who knows when and how to act. You ask the right questions and aren’t afraid to speak up.

  • Ability to keep pace and partner with busy executives to ensure they are prepared regarding upcoming projects, upcoming commitments, and responsibilities, following up appropriately with minimal interaction to respect their time.

  • Project manager mindset. Can create, manage and deliver cross-functional initiatives in support of the GTC team.
