They play a meaningful role as brand ambassadors, managing interview logistics between potential hires and hiring teams globally
About the Team
The team collaborates closely with our global talent acquisition and coordination teams based in the USA, UK, Israel and Prague as well as partnering with internal teams to maintain clear communication and a consistently high standard throughout the entire interview process. We count on them to be the facilitator of an outstanding candidate experience!
About the Role
In this role, as part of your day to day, you will be responsible for setting up and coordinating the interviews for not only local Prague candidates but also international regions when needed including Belfast, Reading, Israel and others. You will play a major part in ensuring we deliver a best in class candidate experience. As part of this, you will meet candidates at the Prague office and give them a tour of the building and facilities.There will be other opportunities too, to be involved in global projects which impact the talent acquisition team and Rapid7 as a whole.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating interviews local to Prague but also across International regions such as Belfast, Reading, Israel, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to help deliver a best in class candidate experience for those interested in a job at Rapid7 and to show them what makes our culture so unique and sought-after.. Not only will you show them around our new Prague office, you’ll be there to help answer questions they may have and to share your insights on your experience here. And as a part of our global talent acquisition team , there will be opportunities to get involved in other global projects that will help create impact for our TA team and Rapid7 as a whole.
In this role, you will:
Schedule hiring manager phone screens, video conferencing and onsite interviews.
Facilitate onsite interviews and schedule pre/post-interview debrief meetings across our various office locations.
Be a knowledgeable resource, ensuring a positive experience is had by everyone involved, from the minute the candidate comes through the door.
Provide updates to candidates regarding their interview status as needed.
Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships (hiring managers, business partners, talent acquisition partners) and maintain effective communication channels.
Help facilitate the sending of offer letters when applicable
Contribute to additional ad hoc projects across our global Talent Acquisition team.
Raise purchase orders for the Talent Acquisition team and manage travel and accommodation for out of town candidates.
