Workplace Experience Coordinator
We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in Arlington, VA who will create a welcoming workplace where our employees can give their best every day. This person will go from organizing an office event to scheduling an engineer to fix a broken coffee machine, so it's important to find someone who is able to prioritize and multitask. About the Role
As Rapid7’s Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will deliver rockstar customer service on a daily basis by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and employees at our Arlington, VA office nestled in NE Bluemont.
You will be responsible for...
Providing front desk reception support to all office employees, vendors & visitors
Acting as the main point of contact for office suite & property management team
Management of all local vendor relationships
Inventory & supply ordering management
Coordinating office repair & maintenance projects as needed
Submitting building facilities requests
Maintaining accurate spend tracking & receipt documentation for expenses
Leading the local new hire experience (office tours, workplace info)
Office communications & collaboration with other teams
Support global projects & initiatives that drive our team forward
Guest/visitor experience oversight
Management of security processes (badge assignments & access)
Supporting office safety & emergency preparedness
Planning and executing all office events & gatherings
General upkeep of all office common areas (reception, cafe, conference rooms, work areas)
Incoming and outgoing shipping needs for the office
