REQUIRED:  B.A/B.S.; at least two years of academic or industry experience, preferably in an international corporate customer service setting; demonstrated ability to work effectively in a pressured, fast-moving environment; and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.). PREFERRED:  knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce), cloud-based programs (e.g., Concur, SAP, Quip, and Asana), and other project management tools; and knowledge of MIT. Job #23079-6
