To support our teams, we are looking for a CS Excellence Consultant to join our Customer Success Operations Team.
This role is a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with EVPs and management board stakeholders within Mirakl’s ecosystem working closely with our Finance, Customer Success, and Marketing teams and to have a transversal view (across functions and regions) on all strategic internal projects and Mirakl clients’ challenges, within a fast-growing technology company, with high visibility and autonomy.
As an CS Excellence Consultant, your missions are to:
- Drive Customer Success (CS) target setting & budget in collaboration with Finance
- Run business analysis and support the different teams with KPIs follow-up and goals delivery
- Manage part of the CS toolbox
- Support CS teams by providing standard & regular analyses on Mirakl clients, key categories, e-commerce & marketplace market trends, and commercial events (support from business analysts)
- Identify new data insights required
- Be involve of the transversal meetings and reportings for EVPs & the Management team
- Be the Gatekeeper of our knowledge and expertise
- Collect and coordinate new content creation then ensure proper deployment and communication among the team
Your profile:
- You graduated from a Business or Engineering school
- You have 2-5 years of experience, ideally in PMO roles, Consulting, or Financial analysis
- You demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills
- You are organized, structured, and has a lot of drive with a can-do / will-do attitude
- You thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced work environment
- You have appetite for e-commerce and marketplace
- You speak English and French fluently
