What You'll Do

  • Head up a team already in place focused on marketing, selling, implementing and supporting mabl's Test Automation Platform to new Enterprise Accounts and expanding business within key strategic accounts
  • Identify where and how we will invest further in the market - people, partners, events, etc.
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement sales strategies across key accounts to attain company strategic objectives
  • Enable, develop and empower your team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify and build a sales pipeline to meet or exceed customer acquisition and retention goals
  • Own strategic marketing plans, the quarterly revenue forecast, territory design, and resource planning, presales approaches
  • Identify new approaches for Customer Success to drive adoption faster and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop team talent and pipeline by attracting, developing, managing, and coaching team members
  • Coach Enterprise Account Executives as well as Presales, Post Sales, and Marketing professionals in world-class sales practices, including qualification methodologies, consultative techniques, negotiation, implementation, communication, and ABM strategy & tactics
  • Use a data-informed approach to develop and iterate on the strategy to be successful in the Japanese market
  • Ensure industry best GDR and NDR rates
  • Expand existing partner business and routes to market and establish new relationships to exponentially grow the Japanese market
  • Continuously forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly
  • Partner closely with key leaders located in the US across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Pre-sales

About You

  • 5-7+ years of field management experience at a SaaS company, ideally focused on new business acquisition, with additional 5-10+ years as a field sales representative
  • Additional 2+ years of heading up CS, Presales, and or Marketing
  • Track record in closing and expanding large, complex deals across verticals in the Fortune 1000/ Global 2000
  • Leadership experience in first and second line (or beyond) roles
  • Training in MEDDICC sales qualification or similar sales methodology
  • Experience in creating and executing Champion based selling approaches
  • Track record of coaching and developing talent to be the best versions of themselves
  • Legacy of developing and promoting Sales, CS, Presales, Marketing, and or Field leaders
  • Awareness and appreciation of culture and the ability to create, enhance, and extend the company's culture in your organization
  • Ability to work within a system and operating rhythm (creating, enhancing it) that yields consistent, predictable forecasts and people productivity
  • Strong analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills to deliver solutions for internal operations and external customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Japanese and English reading, writing, and speaking fluency
  • Genuine flexibility and temperament to succeed in a high-energy, fast-growing startup
