La figura di PMO Analyst si occuperà di gestire le operazioni di PMO, identificando le opportunità di semplificazione e miglioramento dei processi interni. A diretto supporto del Professional Services Director e dei Project Manager, gestirà e fornirà informazioni relative ai progetti di implementazione, oltre che alle attività di project management, condividendone le best practice. La posizione è basata presso i nostri uffici di Milano, e attualmente segue un modello di lavoro ibrido.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and lead the activities of the PMO in Italy
  • Provide guidance on processes and procedures to the Project Management team
  • Support Project Governance by attending and supporting regional Project Status reviews
  • Track project schedules and budgets, and highlight any risk and issues that needs to be managed
  • Provide reporting and information to the regional senior management team.
  • Carry out project reporting and project administration under the direction of the Program Manager/PSD/Delivery Director.
  • Design and implement new PMO processes and procedures.
  • Support change management processes for the country.
  • Improve and streamline project management tools (e.g. Project status, Scope changes, Resource allocation and availability, Projections, Budget vs Expenditure)
  • Maintain documentation library or database to define standards, examples, project documents & electronic Project Files
  • Oversee resource management including availability and allocation
  • Conduct audits and health checks on projects under the direction of the PSD/Delivery Director
  • Support internal systems related to delivery functions: JIRA/Confluence/MS Project Online/ Workday

Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of working within a PMO function or consulting environment
  • Proven ability in fast learning of specific requirements of complex operations
  • Good awareness of project/program management methodologies
  • Extensive experience with Project Office Support tools
  • Persuasive and effective communication skills
  • Ideally familiar with the healthcare sector
