Join our internship program at InterSystems and become a valuable member of our elite technical teams! Our program provides structured training, personalized mentorship, and frequent collaboration with cross-functional groups to prepare you for successful integration into our organization. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our technologies and products, finding the team that is the best fit for you.
During the program, you will begin with an accelerated training in our InterSystems IRIS for Health Data-Platform and InterSystems Healthshare, followed by technical preparation for participating in demos or configurations. Additionally, you will develop your business skills, project management abilities, and analytics and data mining expertise, with a focus on working on dashboards and meaningful data analysis in the healthcare arena to provide improved insight that incorporates all the data. You will also have the chance to support generating business-related use cases for our clients and participate in client-facing events such as workshops, trade shows, and dev. days.
Participating teams include healthcare tech team, sales engineering, project management, and healthcare sales team.
We are looking for recent or soon-to-be graduates from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably with interdisciplinary academic work in (medical) Computer Science, Physics, Math, or MINT disciplines. You must have prior coding experience in any language or framework, such as Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, Angular, JSON, Python, R, or similar, as well as HL7 and FHIR programming experience. Additionally, you should have knowledge of the German Healthcare system and standards, be eligible to work in Germany, and have demonstrated initiative through academic excellence, extracurricular activities, or work experiences. You should have technical curiosity and creativity towards complex technical challenges.
