We’re looking for a creative, data-obsessed individual to join our Growth Marketing team. As a Senior Manager of SEO and CRO, you will help take both our landing page web optimization and SEO capabilities to the next level. This includes leading and managing a team in both the strategy and execution for two large priorities for the business. This role will be starting at a pivotal time as we expand our marketing team and continue to grow our business with new customers. We’re looking for a strategic marketer who is comfortable diving deep into the data, knows where to look to uncover insights and can collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
- Set the short and long-term vision for SEO and CRO, monitoring and identifying new trends, like generative AI, and providing a POV on the path forward
- Lead the development of SEO and CRO strategies for the marketing team, driving growth and an increase in demand via organic traffic as well as enhancing the landing page experience for new customers
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy including a plan for backlinks, new and existing content (onsite and blog), landing page testing, and ongoing SEO audits
- Lead the development of the marketing landing page strategy, working collaboratively with the design and development team to ensure the website meets customer needs and expectations
- Partner with cross-functional teams and analytics to monitor web analytics and customer data to identify areas of improvement and create initiatives to increase organic traffic and landing page conversion rates
- Create and maintain dashboards and metrics reports on activities and tests that measure and analyze impact, providing recommendations and a plan to drive continuous improvement
- Manage a team to develop testing and executional roadmaps for both SEO and CRO that link back to insights from quantitative and qualitative insights
- Identify and advocate for technical and cross-functional support and resources, articulating key milestones and any opportunity sizing where relevant
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, setting priorities during weekly/monthly meetings
What You Have:
- 5+ years deep experience in planning and executing successful SEO strategies as well as working knowledge of website and/or landing page optimization strategies and planning
- Mastered the art of keyword research, topic clustering, and data mining
- Proven track record of developing and executing SEO strategies and to improve traffic and conversions
- Strong understanding of SEO tools like SEMRush, Google Search Console, Moz, web analytics and user research
- Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
- Working knowledge of conversion rate optimization strategies and testing methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data, including keyword research and competitive analysis
- Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems, familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Strong analytical mindset and Excel skills paired with a strong sense of business operations
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to execute against plans. Ability to manage multiple projects based on priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The national cash compensation range for this role is $133,000-193,000 annually*
