Role overview

An Inbound Account Executive, will be on the front lines of all things inbound, including customer acquisition and general customer service to automotive dealerships across the United States. The Inbound AE will be strong at presenting CarGurus offerings and benefits with the utmost professionalism. They will also be skilled at qualifying dealers needs and fitting them to the correct package— working with inbound leads, upsells, and their own book of paying and non-paying dealers. The Inbound AE will be persuasive, self-starters and have the internal drive to attain quota objectives month over month.

  • Be strong at presenting CarGurus offerings and benefits with the utmost professionalism.
  • Be skilled at qualifying - asking discovery questions about a dealer's business objectives, strategies, and willingness to purchase a market leading product.
  • Have strong account management and organizational skills.
  • Be self-starters, have grit and determination to hit goal month over month.
