DESCRIPTION
- Engineering Change Management. Collaborate with engineers and technical program manager to prepare change document or review change request provided by Contract Manufacturer and suppliers. Assess proposed changes, ensure compliance and communicate impacts. Oversee change implementation and manage document release through Agile.
- BOM Management. Maintain accurate and updated BOMs in Agile PLM(Product lifecycle management) system. Collaborate with teams to align product documentation and BOMs.
- Packaging and Bundle Kits Management. Manage packaging requirements and bundle kits for products. Coordinate with internal teams, packaging vendor and contract manufacture to ensure accurate and efficient packaging solutions and delivery.
- Foster effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment among diverse internal and external groups with varied priorities.
- Define and track priorities and critical tasks, and facilitate program meetings.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute project and program information to relevant stakeholders. Ensure program artifacts are current and manage the project document repository.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program management .
- 3+ years of experience in managing projects across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Quality.
- Proven experience in change management, BOM management and Agile or similar project management system.
- 2+ years of experience in working with contract manufacturers or joint development manufacturers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to successfully engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
- Proven success of influencing and developing productive working relationships with internal resources or external business partners such as contract manufacturers and vendors.
- Strong meeting management and negotiating skills.
- Strong analyzing and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate strong ability to manage project and task prioritization, deliverables and schedule planning.
- Experience working in a fast-paced matrix technical organization.
- Experience with Confluence /JIRA or other project management tools.
