This position reports to the Director of Commercial/Enterprise Renewals and Expansion, EMEA. This person will be responsible for driving add-on sales and upgrades to a select set of BitSight Accounts. This position will be measured based on the achievement of both client retention and sales targets.
Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize client retention, contract upgrades, and the sales of BitSight products and services
Establish and build C-Level relationships with designated clients
Identify and articulate the strategic, organizational, and financial goals of assigned clients
Develop and execute account plans and sales campaigns for specific assigned clients
Work cross-functionally within BitSight to define and drive the execution of action plans to improve and/or optimize the use of BitSight products and services
Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information within CRM for all accounts that have been contacted.
2-3 years of successful progressive experience as an inside sales professional or similar
Bachelor’s Degree required -- preferably in a business discipline
SaaS experience is required
Fluency in English is mandatory, Dutch speaking preferred
Territory and contract management skills
Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
Proven leadership skills in both independent and team environments
Strong relationship orientation
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High energy level, high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, confidence
Proven track record in a customer-focused environment
Previous experience in Nordics, Benelux, and Indian market are a plus
