The Bitsight financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team is seeking a driven FP&A Analyst to support our financial planning processes as we scale the company along our growth journey. This role will work closely with executive level business partners and their teams on all reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting activities. Furthermore, the FP&A Analyst will partner with key internal teams (Analytics, Accounting, Systems) to ensure business decisions are driven by data.
Present financial data and analysis to an executive audience with clear recommendations that influence business decisions
Support monthly forecasts and Annual Operating Plan processes, which include working closely with business partners to build detailed operating models and plans
Measure actual performance against budget / forecasts on regular cadence
Prioritize and support various ad hoc financial and operational analysis requests
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Experience with budgeting, ad-hoc analysis and financial systems (Adaptive Planning & NetSuite preferred)
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to quickly grasp and apply analytical concepts
Natural curiosity with and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and executing multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be capable of building strong relationships with colleagues and presenting to senior leaders
Detail-oriented, highly-organized and resourceful
Passion for technology and genuine desire to make meaningful contributions
2+ years experience (ideally in SaaS background)
Bachelor’s degree required
