Senior Associate, Web Analyst

As a senior web analyst, you will be the storyteller of our digital data, extracting actionable insights from Adobe Analytics and related tools, and crafting compelling narratives to guide strategic decision-making. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that maximize customer engagement and contribute to business growth.
- Utilize Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch to set up and maintain tracking configurations for websites and digital platforms, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Generate and maintain regular reports and interactive dashboards using Adobe Analytics Workspace to visualize and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
- Dive deep into Adobe Analytics data to identify trends, user behaviour patterns, and conversion paths, revealing hidden insights that drive optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Collaborate with marketing, UX/UI, and development teams to understand business goals and translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
- Craft compelling stories around data findings, transforming complex data sets into clear, understandable narratives that inspire strategic decision-making.
- Develop and deliver presentations that combine data visualizations, insights, and storytelling to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Integrate reporting with broader analytics systems for enhanced BI based dashboarding capabilities.
- Continuously monitor data quality and proactively troubleshoot tracking issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of analytics data.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues.
- Ongoing assessment and audit of platform configuration and accelerate remediation plans.
- 5+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics reporting & insight generation. Familiar with usage of Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, Observe Point, Demandbase, AEP or any CDP is good to have
- Proven experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch, including hands-on experience with Adobe Workspace for report creation and data analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics Workspace) and PowerBI/Tableau to create impactful dashboards and visual representations of data.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to uncover actionable insights and translate them into data-driven strategies.
- Hands-on experience on A/B test and personalization reporting.
- Experience in design-level documentation of BRD, Technical and architectural diagrams
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to convey data findings and insights effectively to various stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to identify tracking issues, data anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications such as Adobe Analytics certifications or related data analytics certifications are a plus.
