The Content Operations and DAM Senior Manager supports the Content Marketing and Marketing Operations teams by serving as project manager for day-to-day operations of a large, demand content marketing team and serving as steward for the organizations Digital Asset Manager (DAM).

Responsibilities:

1. Digital Asset Manager (DAM) Management:

  • Oversee and maintain the operational management of the Digital Asset Manager, ensuring efficient organization, tagging, and accessibility of digital assets.
  • Oversee and maintain the tagging strategy of the DAM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize DAM utilization and ensure compliance with established guidelines.

2. Content Governance:

  • Establish and enforce content governance policies and standards to maintain consistency, quality, and compliance across all content platforms.
  • Monitor content performance metrics, analyze results, and propose improvements to enhance content effectiveness.

3. Project Management:

  • Lead and coordinate content-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, allocate resources, and manage project risks.

4. Content Publication:

  • Oversee the content publication process, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of content across various channels.
  • Develop and optimize workflows for efficient content publication, including scheduling, reviewing, and approval processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in content operations, digital asset management, project management, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in using Digital Asset Management systems and project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of content governance principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
